Almajdouie Logistics, member of The Heavy Lift Group for Saudi Arabia, is proud to be part of the country's first windmill project.
In whole, 99 wind turbine generators will be installed providing total power of 600 Mega Watts.
Cargo consists of blades with length 74 mtrs and weight 23 tons, tower sections with diameter 5.4 mtrs and weight 85 tons, as well as turbines with weight 90 tons each.
Components are shipped to Duba Port and then transported 600 km to windmill farm at Dumat Al Jandal.
Almajdouie Logistics is undertaking the receival of cargo at port, storage at lay down area and delivery to site. 16 WTG will be transported each month.
